LKPM reports, licences, and corporate filings — prepared and submitted for you, on a calendar you can actually see.
Why it matters
Running a PT PMA means a steady stream of filings, each with a real deadline. The obligations do not pause, and the clock does not wait for anyone.
LKPM quarterly deadlines fall on the 15th of April, July, October, and January. Miss one and you are already late for the next.
Not a one-off fine. Administrative sanctions escalate step by step, and the last rung is revocation of your business licence.
In one 2025 enforcement operation in Bali alone, hundreds of business registrations (NIB) were revoked.
How it works
Four simple stages. You keep visibility and final approval throughout; we do the preparation and the filing.
We map your entity’s obligations — LKPM, corporate filings, licences, and every key date.
Every deadline goes on one calendar you can actually see, with reminders well ahead of time.
Our team prepares each filing and submits it for you — always after your approval.
Every filing receipt is stored in your vault, with a plain-language summary each quarter.
Pricing
No online payment, no self-signup. We onboard you personally. All prices exclude PPN (VAT).

Testimonials

I thought getting an NIB would be complicated and drawn out. The system really does error out often. But it was all handled; I only had to prepare the documents. Just hand it to Komplia and save yourself the hassle.

The hardest part was picking the KBLI code; I had no idea which one a software business falls under. The company, the NIB, the NPWP, even the bank account were all handled in the end, and every step was explained first.

I thought setting up a company was just setting up a company. It turns out the NIB, the NPWP, even the bank account all have to line up. All of it was handled, and before every signature it was explained what I was signing.

I thought a car rental business could run on trust alone. Then something went wrong and all I had was someone's word. Now the agreement is in black and white: who owes what, and by when.
I Made SusenaBAJRA TRANSI was braced for lab tests and a BPOM licence before my coffee business had even started. I was told neither was needed at this stage. That is what earned my trust: being told what I did not have to pay for yet.
Calvin IrawanWe assumed a digital business would not come with much paperwork. It turned out the NIB had to come through before we could operate properly. The company has it now, and we can get back to the product.
Kevin GoldwinPT Alkemy Digital IndonesiaRegistering a trademark is not one form and done. There is a search first, then the filing, then waiting until the certificate is issued. FINLY has its own certificate now, not just a name I happen to use.

FAQ
LKPM stands for Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal — your company’s investment activity report to BKPM. For medium and large enterprises it is filed every quarter, due the 15th of April, July, October, and January. If your PT PMA holds an NIB, you almost certainly need to file it — Komplia prepares and submits it for you.
No. OSS access rights attach to the person responsible for the company and cannot be transferred to a consultant — the account stays yours. How it is used is agreed with you before any work begins.
No. Komplia is compliance operations — we prepare and submit your filings, and we keep your deadlines. Advice on a specific dispute or transaction is a separate engagement; when a matter needs one, we say so plainly instead of improvising.
Komplia’s own compliance team. Every filing is prepared by us and submitted only after you approve it. Where the law reserves a step to a licensed professional — a Notary for a deed, a registered IP Consultant for filings before DJKI — we coordinate with one and tell you up front.
Yes. We offer catch-up onboarding to bring outstanding obligations back in order and put you on a clean calendar going forward.
Yes. Billing is quarterly — you can cancel any quarter.
We coordinate tax deadlines with your tax consultant — we don’t replace them.
Licensing, incorporation and trademark registration are handled per assignment. Our fee appears on every service page as a “from” figure for the standard scope, excluding VAT — so you can budget before you contact us. Government charges (PNBP or local levies) are passed through as-is, with no markup. We are not the cheapest on the market and do not try to be; we sit in the middle.
About
Komplia is a compliance-operations service for companies operating in Indonesia. We keep the recurring obligations — reports, licences, corporate filings — on one visible calendar, prepare each submission, and file it only after you approve. Every deadline we act on is traced to the regulation that creates it.
