Questions, answered plainly

What is LKPM and do I have to file it?

LKPM stands for Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal — your company’s investment activity report to BKPM. For medium and large enterprises it is filed every quarter, due the 15th of April, July, October, and January. If your PT PMA holds an NIB, you almost certainly need to file it — Komplia prepares and submits it for you.

Do we have to hand over the company’s OSS account?

No. OSS access rights attach to the person responsible for the company and cannot be transferred to a consultant — the account stays yours. How it is used is agreed with you before any work begins.

Is this legal advice?

No. Komplia is compliance operations — we prepare and submit your filings, and we keep your deadlines. Advice on a specific dispute or transaction is a separate engagement; when a matter needs one, we say so plainly instead of improvising.

Who actually files my reports?

Komplia’s own compliance team. Every filing is prepared by us and submitted only after you approve it. Where the law reserves a step to a licensed professional — a Notary for a deed, a registered IP Consultant for filings before DJKI — we coordinate with one and tell you up front.

We’re already late — can you fix it?

Yes. We offer catch-up onboarding to bring outstanding obligations back in order and put you on a clean calendar going forward.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Billing is quarterly — you can cancel any quarter.

Do you handle taxes too?

We coordinate tax deadlines with your tax consultant — we don’t replace them.

What about work outside the subscription?

Licensing, incorporation and trademark registration are handled per assignment. Our fee appears on every service page as a “from” figure for the standard scope, excluding VAT — so you can budget before you contact us. Government charges (PNBP or local levies) are passed through as-is, with no markup. We are not the cheapest on the market and do not try to be; we sit in the middle.
